Key Responsibilities:
Efficient Operations Support: Be the backbone of our call center operations by providing comprehensive administrative support to our management team. Your efforts will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of our center, enabling us to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
Documentation Management: Manage and organize critical documentation such as reports, correspondence, and memos. Your attention to detail will ensure that our records are accurate and up-to-date, facilitating informed decision-making by our management team.
Calendar Coordination: Keep our management team on track by coordinating meetings, appointments, and conferences. Your organization skills will ensure that our team is prepared and focused, maximizing productivity and efficiency.
Communication Hub: Serve as the central point of contact for incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Your excellent communication skills will ensure that our customers and team members receive prompt and professional assistance.
Administrative Excellence: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing internal communications, assisting with onboarding processes, and managing office supplies inventory. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, and other relevant software applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
