Job Description
Are you ready for a full-time position with a lot of overtime available? Find that you have always had an interest in Manufacturing but lack the experience to get started. Elite Staffing Solutions is currently seeking hardworking, motivated, and friendly individuals to join a local company that specializes in manufacturing agricultural parts. We are seeking individuals that have experience with the assembly of small parts and have starting wages of $18.00/hr, they are located about 30 minutes north of the Wichita Area!
2nd Shift: 6:30 PM - 5:00 AM. - $18.50/hr. - OT $27.75 hr with overtime up to $60,000 a year
What you would be working on:
- Operate machines used in the production process.
- Lift materials, finished products, and packed items as needed.
- Load or unload materials from pallets, skids, racks, and carts.
- Assemble smaller mechanical components to make a bigger finished product.
- Clean and lubricate equipment.
- Record product numbers, meter readings, and/or dates and times of product production.
Job Requirements
What is needed to be successful:
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret written or verbal instructions.
