About the Role:

As the Assistant Manager at Elite Staffing Solutions, you will collaborate closely with the owner and the Leadership Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for leadership and a commitment to a company leading the way in the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management: Effectively manage and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational objectives and individual success.

2. Back Office Oversight: Supervise and oversee back office administration functions, including documentation, record-keeping, and administrative processes.

3. HR Support: Handle HR-related matters, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies.

4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the team and implement measures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

5. Training and Development: Support training initiatives, ensuring staff members have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

6. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance, key metrics, and operational challenges, presenting findings to senior management for strategic decision-making.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and facilitate effective communication across the organization.

8. Overseeing uniformity in communications from our team members.
