What will you be doing?
As the Staffing Agency Operations Manager, you'll oversee all day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Your responsibilities will include managing, coaching, and training staff, while setting performance goals and development plans to maintain high employee accountability.
You'll play a crucial role in developing Elite Staffing Solutions processes and ensure that all orders are fulfilled to our clients' satisfaction. In addition, you'll spend time meeting with prospective and current customers, conducting safety and site evaluations, and providing outstanding customer service.
