Job Description
Are you able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously? Do you have previous Customer Service experience and the ability to build business relationships? If you answered "Yes" then this may be the right opportunity for you! Elite Staffing Solutions is looking for a Customer Account Manager to join the team of a well established local company.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
What the Customer Service Account Manager will be working on:
- Working directly with Clients, Account Executives, and production staff in a fast paced environment
- Assist clients and staff with production solutions for challenging projects
- Communicate with other locations nationally along with contractors, vendors, and installers in order to ensure quality product within specific timeframes
Requirements:
- Must have Project Management or Customer Service experience. Print and graphics industry experience experience is a plus.
- Stellar organizational skills and the ability to balance numerous tasks within a high pressure environment.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- The ability to create and build relationships
- Ensure that all Elite Staffing Solutions policies, procedures, and systems are followed to the highest standard.
- Must have a passion for providing unparalleled customer service and maintain positive attitude.
