Job Description

Average work hours: 45 hours per week!
Base Salary: $50,000-60,000 Plus bonus opportunities paid quarterly. Plus bonus potential of $20,000.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Must close a minimum of 1 night a week, restaurant closes at 10pm
- 2 years or more of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial outcomes
- A passion for coaching and growing team members. Must be a hands-on teacher
- Possesses and demonstrates a strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking towards growing the business
- ServSafe certification
