Job Description
Fast paced business seeking a superior candidate that has exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. This candidate will be responsible for all aspects of payroll and employment supporting tasks including:
- Organization and submission of all payroll related data
- Resolve all payroll and invoicing inquiries
- Certified payroll
- Employee and Client set up an upkeep across multiple platforms
- Income Withholding orders and Garnishments
- Employment Verifications
- Department of Labor Correspondence; unemployment reporting
- Work Opportunity Tax Credit compliance and reporting
- ACA compliance and reporting
- Assist in Work Comp Managing, filing, records maintenance
- Client Invoicing and Collections
- Maintain accurate and accessible records following all State and Federal guidelines
The ideal candidate will be required to have the following skills:
- Attention to detail and great time management skills
- Position requires a person who is a self starter that can manage and prioritize workload based on deadlines and other critical data.
- Superior Customer Service Skills
- Proficient in Technology.
- Ability to move seamlessly between platforms and adaptability in new systems.
- General office skills such as multi-line phone, copying, filing, faxing, and mail.
- Maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal laws
