Who Is Elite Staffing Solutions?

Elite Staffing Solutions was the fastest-growing business in the State of Kansas in 2017, featured in INC 500 Magazine. We are seeking a truly dedicated up and coming professional to join us in further growing and supporting our community.

Position Overview:

• Role: Staffing Resource Specialist
• Schedule: Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays (5:00 am office opening)
• Environment: Fast-paced, in-office position
• Pay: $15-$16/hr

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and follow directions
• Determination to win and succeed
• Past Customer Service or Account Management experience
• Experience with structured processes and goals is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Calling applicants who have applied to our job opportunities
• Receiving incoming calls regarding our current job opportunities
• Supporting Staffing Specialists when needed
• Will be cross-trained to work in various roles
